The Christmas Tag

Hello everyone! I am so sorry I have been MIA for so long but that is only because I have been planing 12 posts for The 12 Days of Christmas I am doing here on my blog! I'm not really sure if I have made this up or not but it basically means I will be posting a new post every day at 5pm est leading up to the 25th, Christmas. (It's kinda like half blogmas.)

Today I here with (you can probably already tell from the title) The Christmas Tag. I hope you enjoy and let's get on with the questions.

What’s your favourite makeup look for the festive season?

I don't wear too much makeup but I do like a bit of mascara and I always have Chapstick on, especially in the colder seasons.

 Real tree or fake tree?

Real of course! I absolutely love decorating the tree and looking at all of the ornaments. And can we just talk about the smell of the pine needles- ahh. I can't even imagine having a fake tree.

 Giving presents or receiving presents?

Now, I know I'm supposed to say "I love giving presents!" And I do don't get me wrong, but I think receiving them is just good. I love making presents for my family and friends. Last year for my cousins I glued woodland animal figurines on top of mason jars and then spray painted the lids white. They turned out so well and were adorable.

Do you open your presents Christmas morning or evening?

My family opens them at both times. We have our little family Christmas at home in the morning and open the ones under the tree. Then in the afternoon we go over my Grandparents house then to my Aunt and Uncle's house for Christmas dinner and we open presents then too. Christmas is a very busy day for my family.

 Handmade Christmas cards or bought?

My family always takes a picture and makes a card to hand out to our friends and family. Last year we did a "family band" card where we were all holding instruments (like my Dad's guitars, my clarinet, and my brother's violin) and we made a spoof of an old fashion Christmas album cover from the 50s or 60s. We have another plan for this year but it's a secret for now so I'll tell you later.

 What’s your favourite Christmas film?

I love Elf, White Christmas, and A Christmas Story. My family and I watch them all every year. I recommend all of them to you to watch as it gets more into the Christmas season.

 What’s your favourite Christmas food?

I absolutely love Christmas cookies, pretty much any kind.

And that concludes my Christmas tag. Thanks so much to A Day in the Life of the Anonymous Me for tagging me. I would like to tag anyone who would like to do the tag to go for it and please tell me in the comments so I can check it out!

Love you all!

P.S. Don't forget to like!
