One year ago (yesterday) I created this (so cliche) little corner of the Internet for myself. Since then I've created over 50 posts (58 to be exact) ranging from baking to travel. Every post I make I try to pour 110% of myself into and I feel like I've exceed in that.
I've made some amazing friends through this community, Stella and A Day In The Life Of The Annyomus Me, just to name a few. These people have taught me so much about being a person and a blogger. Now I honestly couldn't imagine life without them.
There's always been one thing about blogging that annoys me and that's the numbers. Bloggers will tell you all the time "don't worry about them" and "just blog because you love it" and both are true but it's hard not to care and constantly think about how your blog is doing compare to others.
One thing I've learned in blogging is make the posts for you. Who cares if no one likes it. Who cares if no one comments. Someday you will find the people who find what you write about or photograph interesting. It just takes time. Right now I have 10 followers, four of which I know in person. But I love every one of them because I know they're there to support me and my blog.
This coming year I hope to continue making posts because I love it. This community is one of the best and I want to be apart of it until the end. (oh so cringy)
I will see you very soon for a new post.
